How to delete your data from myKlyzo
myKlyzo (operated by ESOFTVER DOO) lets you delete your personal data and the connected-account data we hold for you, at any time, using any of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete from within myKlyzo (recommended).
- Sign in to myKlyzo and go to Settings → Account.
- To remove a single connected platform, open Settings → Connected accounts and click Disconnect next to that platform. This deletes the access tokens and the data we stored for that connection.
- To delete everything, click Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated personal data and connected-account data we hold for you.
Option 2 — Request by email. Send an email to podrska@esoftver.rs from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will verify your identity and delete your data, and confirm when done. We respond within 30 days.
Option 3 — Via Facebook (for Facebook Login users).
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find myKlyzo, remove it, and choose Send Request to request deletion of your data.
- We will receive your request, delete the data we hold about you, and provide a confirmation code and a status page where you can check the progress of your request.
What gets deleted
Your account profile, login credentials, connected-platform access tokens, and the content, audience and analytics data we stored on your behalf. We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g., accounting/tax records) and anonymized, aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
How long it takes
We action deletion promptly and complete it within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
